Rosegreen played neighbour’s Golden last Wednesday evening in the Junior West Hurling League in Rosegreen Community Field in the last competitive game before our huge development commences.
The home team started well, with good work rate, scoring some nice points that pleased the large number of home supporters. The game was competitive throughout with Rosegreen scoring a goal mid way through the second half that proved to be the decisive score of the match with a final score of 1-11 to 2-3.
It was a good display from Rosegreen in tough conditions and a very nice way to sign-off with a good win in the last game on this pitch – well done guys!
